Meet the Barber – Osni

The man behind the beard – Osni.

The talented young barber has been part of the Legends team for over a year now. He has many years of experience as a barber, he is a very creative person with great manners, always doing his best for his customers. It is a great pleasure for us to introduce you the master of the beards and wet shaves, the expert of professional haircuts, our very own Osni.

Why did you decide to become a barber?

I am a second generation of hair and beauty professionals, my mum was a hairdresser and I had many barbers in my family. When I went to University, I started to train and work as a barber to make ends meet, then I realised that I much prefer barbering to IT.

What do you like the most about the job?
I do not like sitting at a desk and work in an office. I enjoy the opportunity of being creative as a barber.

The least?
I have a backache sometimes, I need to stretch a lot. Once a while I need a massage, which I enjoy a lot!

Who would be your dream client?

Elvis Presley, he was a true legend and had wonderful hair.

If you were not a barber, what would you like to be?

 A lottery winner hihi

What music inspires you when cutting or styling?
I really like AC/DC and Guns ‘N Roses… the music that will always get me in the mood.

Which hairstyle would you recommend for a gentleman and why?

It is the French Crop. It looks extremely nice when you dress up elegantly and it is very easy to style.

So why the beard?

I am not sure why, but I really love beards. Since I was 18, I had a beard, my wife has never seen me without one actually. I only cut it short for my wedding day!

Any tips how to look after your beard?

Moisturize it a lot! After shower, use beard oil so that it is well looked after. Also, make sure that you have a regular trim, to keep a nice shape!
